The Asset Management is used for managing and supervising fixed assets of an organization. It serves as a subsidiary ledger to the General Ledger, providing detailed information on transactions involving fixed assets.
Asset Management can be implemented either as a stand alone module or part of an integrated SOFT-IBS ERP solution. It facilitates creation of Asset Master, Capitalisation, Calculation of Depreciation, and Addition & Deletion of Assets and maintenance of Statutory Registers.As an integrated module of SOFT-IBS, the activity starts from creation of Purchase Indents and ends with Vendor payment thereby covering the entire purchase cycle and integrating with Inventory and Finance modules.
